If you would like to work with us, you will find we are great at keeping you up to date with every step along the way. We manage our timelines tightly and manage each step, so that we stay on track and on time with your project.

While every client has different needs and deadlines, I will do my utmost to never leave you in the lurch or lose track of our timeline. Here are a few of our checklists.
Time Management
I will give you a written expected timeline, according to the depth and breadth of your project.
User Testing
For websites, I will get you to the stage where I can present the design to you and detail any aspects I will require from you in order to complete the project.
Market Research
Should you wish me to undertake research for your project, this will incorporated in our timeline and fee.
Team Management
Rest assured, I will always have designers on hand to complete your job. Usually you will be communicating with me throughout the project, and hopefully I will have one person from your side to communicate with.
